Fourier is equipped to manufacture end-use components and devices utilizing our proprietary thermoformable ceramics and manufacturing facilities. Our current thermoforming manufacturing capabilities achieve a resolution of 200 micrometers, with a maximum feature draw ratio of 2:1 (feature depth to diameter), and the largest part that can be produced with our existing equipment measures 15 cm x 15 cm.
Our thermoforming equipment operates at temperatures up to 900°C, allowing for a diverse selection of materials for fabrication. We also create custom tooling to accommodate a wide array of complex parts. Furthermore, we provide licensing options for our High Temperature Thermoforming Manufacturing Process, enabling you to seamlessly integrate our technology into your manufacturing line.
